HIIT PILATES

HIIT Pilates is a low-impact, high-intensity interval training class performed in 90-95 degree heat. It is based on Pilates principles to provide your body a safe and highly effective way to increase fitness. The results are fast, and the exercises are accessible. HIIT is a perfect complement to your yoga practice and vice versa. This is a fun, energetic class that will yield results with consistency!

RED LIGHT THERAPY

Red light therapy uses photobiomodulation, which is a low-level laser therapy that delivers red and near-infrared light to areas of your body. It is known to penetrate deeply and effect our health on a cellular level, encouraging cell repair and turnover; it can help restore cell function and trigger blood flow. In turn, this helps to heal and relieve pain.

CRYOTHERAPY

For those that like the cold or don’t like the cold but could use some, this one is for you!

Our Whole Body Cryotherapy allows you to expose your entire body to extreme cold air temperatures of -140 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 3 minutes.

 

This quick yet effective therapy is best known for its anti-inflammatory effect on the body.

 

Cryotherapy stimulates vasoconstriction, followed by vasodilation when the body reheats. This process increases blood flow that stimulates our elimination system (detoxification) and delivery system of nutrient and oxygen-rich blood to the muscles, tissue, and skin. This process has become known to decrease all inflammatory buildups in the body, which are usually a precursor to illness and pain.

ORIGINAL HOT YOGA 26 & 2

We love this practice and all that it gives. It is the reason we founded this studio to share it with others. 

 

The Original Hot Yoga Series is 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It is practiced in a heated room with mirrors.

 

Postures are organized specifically to create balance within the body and increase the flow of energy. These postures require concentration, patience, determination, and self-control, all of which enhance mental clarity. An increased ability to handle stress has profound healing effects on both the mind and body and is what makes this practice so unique.

 

It is suitable for all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. This method is universal and attends to the “whole”.

 

The lineage of this set sequence originates from Gosh’s Yoga College of India.
